Every watch has a quiet hour. The base goes still, the radios drop low, and it is just you and your thoughts. Those hours can be heavy.

Scripture gives an order for moments like that: be still, and know. Not figure it out. Not fix it all tonight. Just be still, and know that you are held, that you are seen, and that you are not forgotten out on the line.
